PDF Creator ("the App," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using PDF Studio, you agree to the practices described here.
PDF Creator is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not operate servers that collect, store, or process your documents. Your files, images, and signatures never leave your device unless you choose to share them using iOS share features.
The App requests access to the following on-device data, only when you use the related feature:
| Data | Why it is accessed | Where it is stored |
|---|---|---|
| Photo Library | To import images you select and convert them to PDF | On your device only |
| Camera | To scan documents directly into a PDF | On your device only |
| Files / Documents | To open, edit, merge, split, and save PDFs | App sandbox on your device |
| Signatures you draw | To apply e-signatures to documents | App sandbox on your device |
We request photo and camera permissions through the standard iOS permission prompts. You may decline or revoke these at any time in Settings → PDF Studio.
All documents, page data, annotations, and saved signatures are stored locally in the App's private sandbox using the iOS FileManager. This storage is protected by iOS app sandboxing and your device passcode/biometric protections. The App does not use iCloud sync in this version.
When you use the share feature, PDF Studio passes the selected file to the standard iOS share sheet (UIActivityViewController). At that point the destination (Mail, Messages, another app, etc.) is controlled by you and governed by that recipient's own privacy practices. We have no visibility into or control over what happens after you share.
PDF Studio does not knowingly collect any data from children. Because the App collects no personal data at all, it is suitable for general audiences.
