Overview

Rent Manager ("the App") is a property management app for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is stored, and how it is used.

The short version: All your data stays on your device and your personal iCloud account. We have no servers, collect no analytics, and share nothing with third parties.

Part A — Privacy Policy

Data We Collect

The App allows you to enter and manage the following personal and business information:

• Property information — name, address, type, rent amount, photos
• Tenant information — name, email address, phone number, emergency contact, move-in date, photo
• Lease information — start/end dates, monthly rent, security deposit, terms
• Payment records — amounts, due dates, payment dates, payment method, notes
• Maintenance requests — title, description, priority, status, photos, vendor details
• Vendor information — name, phone, email, specialty, notes
• Financial transactions — amount, category, date, description

All of this information is entered by you and is never sent to our servers — because we have no servers.

How Data Is Stored

On your device: All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework (SQLite database). Photos and images are stored in your app's private Documents folder.
